Another 5 sp ?
Can you make a 2 wheel drive getrag INTO A 4X4 TRANS? What is needed to do this, if possible ? Are there any differences in them ?

you can use a 2wd tranny for a 4x4 application, its called a divorced transfer case

You will need a 4x4 output shaft and a 4x4 rear bearing retainer to make it work with the factory transfer case or as said above just run a divorced transfer case.
