Another New Guy with another New Truck...

Just wanted to say hello and say that I'm the proud owner of a new CTD. This is my 1st diesel truck and I'm already more than pleased with it.

I live in Pennsylvania, and purchased the truck in Indiana and drove it home tonite. I saved a ton by doing so, and I'm also pleased b/c I got somewhere around 18mpg on my 700 mile trip home.

I bought mine 6 months ago, I just joined 3 weeks ago and I made the mistake of reading the performance and mods forum a couple lines down. Be careful, very careful....whatever they have down there is highly contagious, and once you've been bitten by the bug, watch out, it's really fun.

Welcome, lots of knowledgeable techs and folks here to answer any questions you may have. I came over to the herd from another brand and have never looked back, VERY happy with my 06.

Best of luck with your new truck.
