My new IC

Well here it is, I'm workning on mounting and trying to direct air flow from the fan. Lots of problems doing this install. I'm really gonna have to hack up my grill to get it on. I think I'm going to have to loose the grill inserts and make some kinda expanded metal or something, Ideas are welcome. I'm also needing to fab up a air horn. I got the plate and the pipe I'm going to have to take it to a buddies shop to cut it out. Also going to have to loose my hood safty latch, so I'm going to put some hood pins in I had laying around.
Hope it's worth it.
I'll get a better pic when I'm all done, if that ever happens.
Justin

I hope you guys don't lench me for doing this but it's a BEHR out of a 2002 duramax. The price was right so I did it. It's huge 44x23x3 with 3" tubes. Thanks for the pics, that was what I had in mind, or a large hole perfurated metal, mabe? who knows, I'm going to get it hanging in there and go and drive it a few miles to see if it was even worth it, sure hope it is.

That looks like it's about as big as you can go without having to cut off the frame like G1625s did.

Don't expect huge power gains, but it will help you use more power while towing.
