The new owner is supposed to join up . he wants to read up on WMO for pump lubrication. He wanted a cummins so bad and i emailed him about this nice grey 96 seat he had for sale and we got talkin over email and he told me he was looking for a 1st gen. so i was like call us. hahaha two days later he's here with a seat and cash to buy the truck.

yea well Dave you saw the 91 5spd truck last year.... it hasn't changed its state at all.

Its sad.

The little side project 1st gens keep sidetracking us from the 100,000 mile southern truck that could be a show truck with the right touch.

the goal with the blue truck was to make money on it, and thats exactly what we did. put a little work into it but had fun with it as well.

Ryan, stop hinting me to buy your truck

yea well thats borderline money what your gonna get for a 2wd auto that needs paint. But it was a mechanically and bodywise a SOLID truck....

I wish i could of pulled the VE pump off that truck, it was one of those ones that responds like 2x what it should. that truck RAN, the new owner drove a 5.9 magnum 5speed dodge ram 1500 everyday and he said B-bob would run circles around it, he was so excited.

that's true it is a 2wd and it does need paint but by the looks of it, that's all it needs. What first gen doesn't need paint? seriously. Up here it's just about impossible to find a first gen in that kind of shape and if you luck out and do find one in that kind of shape you'll bet the owner is going to be asking 8-10k for it whether it's 2wd or 4wd it won't matter... it's not only absolutely insane, it's really frustrating.
