No it's not.
The one in the frame is actually two separate bushings per side (total of 4 per truck). I just ordered them.
They have an outside diameter of 1.25" and an ID of 1/2" inside the ferrule. They're being shipped to me next week from a dealer I buy from online for all of my Dodge parts.
The rear bushing in the leaf spring's rear eyelet is 1" outside diameter with a 1/2" ID in the ferrule. It's part # b266 by TRW. I have 3 extras if anyone needs one or two
The front eyelet in some years (I believe 92 & 93) are 5/8" ID with a 1" OD, but I'm not sure about the years.

OEM Rubber
I was looking into Jungle's kit, but you have to relocate the mount to a lower position in the frame, drill some holes, and I wasn't exactly comfortable doing so.... so I ordered new ones from the dealer.
My local dealer wanted $38 each. while the dealer Online charged me $ 14 each plus shipping and handling.

I deal with Robert, most of the time... The Dude is awesome when it comes to finding what you need. Really good guy, and more than willing to help us out.
The other folks are great there as well...
You have to call in because they need the last 9 of your vin, as their online system doesn't really pull up what you need (most of the time).
Just tell him " T. " recommended you.
I just ordered a new Fuel sending unit and gasket for my tank, I have to drop this week. Cleaning the frame behind (de rusting and painting), and since I have it down, I'm changing out the sender and tank seal. with 150k on the truck, it's just a matter of time, and I'd rather not have to drop it again.... 6 months from now.
