99 2500 Rear LEAF spring BUSHINGS replace

I've just received a set of new ENERGY SUSPENSION rear leaf spring bushings, so I'm tring to replace they my self....lifted the frame w jackstand, raise the weight of the axle...but I have seen that it's impossible removing the upper shackle bolt w the spring on the axle...no space between spring and frame... The HAYNES manual says that it's possible remove the bushings with the spring installed on the truck... the bolt is in the inside near frame..I have no idea..
anyone can help me??

Do you have a picture? I had a 98 and put a 6 inch suspension lift on it, but I can't remember having such problems with it.

Remove the hitch, loosen the fuel tank straps, support tank from underneath with trans jack and tank will slide just far enough to get the bolt out.Using a press will help with the actual remove and install.

Just removed the hitch, then checked energy suspension parts: my stock bolts doesn't fit in the steel tubes provided with the kit...! I'm stuck..I've check again for size, I've 1 3/4 inches INNER DIAMETER spring main eye, this kit is the right part for my 99....IO don't understand this....anyone have find this problem??
