Thumbs up I find a way to have forever wipers!!!!!:)

Stop using bushing!! I've found a better to fix them.
Step 1. Remove cowl cover first.

Step 2. remove all linkage everything.

Step 3. Remove all old bushing.

Step 4. Go to lowes home depot found nylon bushing find ones that will fit on were the old
The old bushing went.

Step 5. U want to make sure the bushing will on the oppose side of the ARM.(some Sanding
Involved. Of the outside of bushing to fit hole.

Step 6. Now find 8/32 stainless fine thread machine screwsan washers. Alen head perfered.

Step 7. Drill an tap studs using the 8/32 bolts drill the center of studs u have 4 to drill out. That old bushing was on.

Step 8. Make sure u drill the stud all the way threw then tap it for the 8/32bollt.

Step 9.make sure everything fits nice and tite trial run first.

Step 10. Put it together an install. Make sure u measure your pivoting arms the wipers attach
To ones 3" long passinger side 3.5 is the driver side.

Step 11. enjoy not having any more problem with broken wipers.

PICTURES SOON TO COME!!!!!!! Happy day

If theres any thing I missed let me know. They been working great on My trucks now for 5.5
Months.

I'm interested and looking forward to pics as well. The bushings I replaced over a year ago are starting to squeak some when the wipers actuate.

I will have the pictures up as soon as I can. I just want to say they work better than factory. It been a busy week this was near the ownly time I had to do this write up. Of this upgrade to the wipers problems. I was getting tire of replacing bushing . So i sat an thought there's got to be a better way to go about this problem with the factory bushing. This what i came up with.I hope this helps many of u out there with the same problem I was have with them factory bushing. This will put an end to your one more of our problems on these trucks. I will have to take mine all apart to show what i have done to mine. I just want to pay it forward. Have great day. PICS SOON.

I've been running transforce a/t's for almost 20k now, nice tires for sure. They are probably still 75% tread life, and work pretty good everywhere, snow/mud/ice/wet pavement. I'd buy them again if they last another 30k, at this rate they should.
