Takes forever to warm up

This new truck takes a whack of driving to warm up. They say it comes with the 190 degree thermostas installed. My other 1991 250 Diesel has a snap-on upholstered grill cover shield that speeds up the warm-up time.
I go to the Chrysler parts guy and all he has listed are those full or semi brassier style available. I won't use them as sand and road salt get in under and wreck the paint job. Anyone know where I can buy just a plain snap on cover for the grill ? , or should I just use a slap of cardboard in front of the rads ? Or maybe I'll have to go to an upholstery shop and have one made.

The Cold Weather front for these trucks fits over the radiator/intercooler and is UNDER the grill, and has velcro closure flaps. It doesn't go on top of the paint at all.

Well I will be going down to the dealer this morning and tell them that as all they say they have are those %$#@#$% brassier types. I spent an hour last night on Google trying to find one and no luck.

Have you enabled your high idle yet? That could also help your warm up time!!!

Painted a Piece of 1/4 in Cardboard Black--------Cut the Rectangle holes on 3 sides to create a fold that would allow me to open or close as needed for warm-up---------------found that having 4 holes about the size of 6"X3" allows for FAST warm-up and good driving habits with temps at 35deg-F! Cheap too!! Ty-Wraps to the Black Billett Grill and done!----- Took it off after High Idle completed!!!!
