HELP!!!!!! Runaway issue
twaeked pump now when i touch accelerator rpms rise w/o me doing anything cant' seem to adj. back to where it was happened after i adj. fuel screw on back of pump???????? it will idle just can't touch the throttle should i back it off more or will this in turn cause more issues? what happens if i back it all the way out then slowly tun it in?

perfect so i can't back it out to much rite, i lost my point of reference but am close? and yes i got a back shutdown for my intake in case of a real back runaway.

well i turned it down like 3 turns and it wouldn't idle or take off weeewwwww finally!! so then i just slowly turned it up and it leveled off, i kept snapping the throttle and man its like a bullet now i just know im gunna throw a u-joint need to get them spicers.

No problem. As for u joints youre fine. I was running pods, 3 turns on fuel screw,fuel pin, etc., i.e. loads of power, on original u joints with no problems.

I'm having a similar problem and i figured it was cause i turned the power screw to far. I tried to turn it back but its stuck and now the head is chewed up to pull it out. I tried double nutting it but couldn't get a wrench on the inner nut to turn it. Before i mig a nut on the end does anyone know if you can buy a new screw seperately from an injection shop.

Edit: found it via 1stgen.org: Alright, the part number for the full power screw is 1-463-402-423(-000). It costs $20. But I'm not sure if it's the part number for the hex end screw.
