Hard starting
Iv got a 93 I did a frame swap D to W conversation while I was doing the swap I fixed problems from previous owner. He installed a electric fuel pump. I put it back stock engine lift pump now it has to spin over to start. I’ve checked for fuel Suction Leaks any other ideas could it be something in the injection pump that the electric pump is hideing

I bet it has a leak in the fuel line somewhere from the fuel pick up to the LP.
When it sits the air gets in the line as the fuel drains back to the tank. When you start it, it has air in the line. That would cause the exact thing you describe.

Pressurize the fuel tank with 2 PSI or so of air pressure from an air compressor.
Then check for fuel leaks.
You see the problem will be that when running the truck that section of fuel line is under negative pressure and will draw air, so it will never show wet spot of fuel.
Pressurizing the tank should make a wet spot in the line.
