Arrow Fuel Heater Seal Option

I was checking on ordering some fuel-heater seals.

I asked about Cummins # 3913695 and the guy said that number crossed to a FleetGaurd number = # 3834185 F at 63-cents each.

This seems too good to be true, when the Mopar ones are around five-bucks.

Can anyone confirm the Fleetguard number as actually being the fuel-heater seal ??

Not that I am a tight-wad, or something; but, if they are correct, I intend to order at least ten of them.

Thanks.

The fuel-heater is directly above and the same diameter as the fuel-filter, about an inch thick.

On top of the heater is a round rubber ring, just like the filter-seal, except only about a third as thick.

The heater is held on by the stud that the filter threads onto.

On one of my trucks, that stud screwed off with the filter; I think that is a common dilemna.

Where is the best place to buy this biodiesel compatible seal and it's a Fleetguard part? Thanks.

The 39 prefix would indicate that it is a Cummins part-number; but, I have been told that FleetGuard is Cummins, so who knows.

A Cummins distributor. Cummins/Fleetguard sites both have dealer locators. If there's not one convenient to you, call and order one, they will ship it to you.
