I replaced the switches on the steering wheel.
I made sure the shaft is connected in the diaphragm.
Fuse is good.
Any electrical components to check also? Where should I be checking wires??
Horn still works so I'm iffy on the clock spring.
This is the last broken item on the truck and I miss it badly!!

vaccume pump / vaccume leak. IIRC the cruise pot is vacumme modulated.

I would check the clock spring.

The horn is not part of the ribbon inside the clock spring that usually breaks.

You can do away with the clock spring running your cruise, and put switches in the dash, like a big truck has.
