cross over steering tie rod end

I've looked at their site before. The problem is they want $100 for the tie rod ends. I've got everthing I need to make my own except for the tie rod ends.

When I talked with the guy he sounded pretty kool I would still give it a try and just explain what you have and see if he will give you the number for the end Worst case he will say No best case he say's Sure glad to help .

I have a skyjacker pitman arm on mine and the chev part fit perfect.One question are you trying to use tie rod end's or draglink end's.I use the draglink end's they are larger than the tierod one's.

I asked to see an outer tie rod end from an 84 Chev 1 ton. The tie rod shaft was way bigger then the pitman arm hole.

I think I've figured out what the deal is. SJ sent me the wrong pitman arm. The small (top) hole on the pitman arm is only 1/2" and the large (bottom) hole is ~5/8". The factory drag link bolt is 5/8". That's not going to work.

i was told to get a wj pitmon arm and that the hole would have to be resized for the tie rod end to fit also will need to remove clocking keys enable to install where iot needs to be for crossover

And yes the wj piman arm needs to be resized for appropriate TRE and splines cut out to fit.
