If you can do the fab work yourself figure on around $300 (used PSD intercooler plus boots, clamps, and piping). If not I'd expect a shop to charge at least $1k for a custom intercooler install.

Take note everyone that a factory i/c for 91-93 will not fit around the nonintercooled radiator from 89-91.

You need to stop misinforming everyone. I did exactly that. All it takes is some grinding or sawzall work, very minimal, easy, 2 on a 1-10.

Checkout the pictures of my powestroke intercooler install in my gallery.

https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...0&ppuser=42677

I bought an 6.0L intercooler off of ebay from BANKS for $125. The older powestrokes can upgrade to it. I then traded it to a friend to get my 1999-2003 intercooler.

See my pictures for the mods to make it fit.
