Its not at all useful for people but dogs and storage but it is pretty sweet for that.

Pretty close I made a 2x4 frame that fits between the seats and keeps it strong enough to hold me up, it will hold two without issue but not all that comfortable for sleeping like that. Also under that carpet is two or three layers of house carpet foam, I like a firm bed so I think it's pretty good like that with a sleeping bag.
