brake rotors

My front brakes at least are shot and I'm looking at the Brake Performance website now. My W250 is a 4x4 and has the 4500lb front axle. I'm unsure if it has the 11" or 12" rear drums.
Were 12" drums on W350 duallies, W350 single rear wheel only or were they available on W250s as well?

Thanks!
Much of my data tag is faded and hard to read but I have the 3.5 ratio Spicer with limited slip. The Spicer model is on a really faded part but I'm pretty sure it says "70". It's a '91.5 W250.

Well, ordering the front rotors is turning into a real pain. Between the Dodge dealer's part numbers (4428063) and Brake Performance it's a mess. The part number the Dodge dealer gave me, according to Brake Performance, fits the D250, the D350 and the W350 with dual real wheels, but NOT the W250.
And Brake Performance says the front rotor part numbers differ depending on whether the rear drums are 11" or 12".

Rockauto's listings for 1stgen Dodge are messy too. When in doubt, I compare the size dimensions they show for many parts. Or I run the part number in a different listing for a consistent match.

I don't remember it being that complicated when I ordered. I just answered the questions and picked the thicker rotors. And since I wasn't getting rear drums I didn't worry about that detail.
But then again, mine are still in the box so they may not even fit...

I once bought a set of rotors, drums and all of the brake hardware from NAPA.. They sat for 2 years before I went to install. Turned out that the rotors and drums were wrong, so i took them back and they swapped them out for the correct parts. Gotta' give NAPA a shout out for doing that...Mark

Yea, my NAPA here is really good to work with too. Lucky there.
Now I'm thinking I better open the box to at least visually verify that they "look" correct. That's about all I can do until I get the other junk fixed and out of the way.

I ordered the CSF-66003 set from Brake Performance: Premium Cross Drilled & Slotted Brake Kit with semi-metallic pads for trucks With 4500 lb Front Axle With 12 Inch Rear Brake Drums With 1.465 Inch Minimum Thickness.
I didn't realize they are made to order so it looks like I'll get them towards the middle or end of next week.
Thanks for everyone's input!
