AFC Leak after Custom Fuel Pin Install

I just installed the DennyT Stage II fuel pin, and now I have a leak at the AFC vent. I have heard that this can happen with custom cut fuel pins, and I knew that I was taking the risk of this happening. I am not trying to bad mouth DennyT's pins, because they are a very high quality piece. I understand that this happens because the small pin that rides on the fuel pin can travel too far, and cause the o-ring to leak. The IP did not leak with the stock pin or the Bully Dog. I reasealed the entire top of the IP about 18 months ago. I ran the DennyT pin at first without the washer, but I put the washer in last night and I haven't had a chance to drive it since to see if it still leaks. I really want to continue to run this pin for the obvoius reasons. Any ideas?
