Does your truck smoke? if so is it black or white?
It seems the air system, meaning intake and exhaust is good, now I wonder about your fuel system. 35 PSI boost seems good.
If your nozzles are old they may not be atomizing the fuel good, You can have them tested or just put a set of PODs in
Need more info.

it smokes really good from a dead stop (looks like an east german coal fired power plant) and has a lot of gray at hiway speed and wot.

Yeah, I'd look at the injectors as well. You can have all of the intake and exhaust in the world, but if you can't get enough fuel in, it doesn't matter.

I guess you get extra smoke etc when you turn up the pump anyways, so I Don't know if that's an indicator of anything.

You sound like a performance guy, so I'd not even worry about the old ones, just do the POD's. Have fun with it!!

Can you post a pic of your turbo setup. I wont to send my H1C to HTT and get the stage 3 upgrade but from what i've heard you need to do some different plumbing to get the compressor outlet to match up to stock piping on a non-intercooled truck. Do they give you a whole new compressor housing as well as wheel?

thanks

Jeff

Throttle cable and pedal travel too. Make sure you don't have lot's of room left before the pedal hits the floor. Run a strong dose of injector cleaner too. Crack your injectors one at a time with the engine running. See if the idle picks up at all immediately after and tapers back off. Before I did my fuel lines, I think I was getting just a touch of air in the lines (but not enuff to stall). A couple times I had to crack the injectors, the idle seemed to smooth out and pick up slightly. Didn't think much of it at the time, but later lines started leaking at the tank and got replaced.

If you send your turbo to HTT they will machine your housing so it will bolt right back up, no housing swap.
good luck
