Won't matter one way or the other.

Back out your main fuel screw 1 turn or so, you probably have it in too far, if that doesn't help then something else is wrong.

All of mine are plastic, no problems with them.

Full power screw is another term for it, yes when I said back ccw is correct.

If you haven't already check these links out.

and this one

Do your self a favor and unhook the intake on the head or unhook the aircleaner from the turbo and get your self a board that fits over them so you can shut it down if the shutdown lever doesn't work.

If your pump hasn't been played with, there is a cap, that cover the full power screw!

its on the back side of the pump......i don't thing that any of the 3200 spring install pic's show it. at least i didn't see it when i scanned over it.
try this one,
http://dodgeram.org/tech/dsl/more_power/Power_ve.htm

the pic shows steel collar,Jambnut and power adj screw! that's the full power screw!!!

it looks like someone had moved the diaphram to about 5 oclock(previous owner), i move it to 3 oclock and runs like a charm. it feels great, best $19.00 canadian i ever spent.
