3200 gsk better for towing?

I have the 366 spring, and have been wanting to install it. Does it help better with towing? or is it more for "horsing around"

From what I've read it helps a lot for towing and horseing around , it spouse to alow fuel at higher RPM so if your running at up RPMs then you may want it ,

I have installed the 32K spring and I tow a lot during the summer .
It helps when going up a grade. I have an automatic and when I drop out of OD I can still maintain speed up the grade. I like it. You will too

Put the spring in, you will not regret it! This is the one mod that has absolutely no down side. It is especially nice when towing with the getrag, as the extra rmp keeps you from having to bog it on the 2-3 (and the 3-4) shift while getting up to speed. Wind it right up in 2nd and you land right in the sweet spot in 3rd, rather than 1300 rpms---a big plus, in my book.

What flyingd and Greg said.

It really helps with that giant hole between 2nd and 3rd on the Getrag, and it's also nice to have good pulling power at 70 in direct drive. Being able to pull at highway speed in direct drive takes a lot of load off the engine and trans, which helps keep everything cooler.
