No not without some rework.

The fuel line fitting is different thread. The pop pressure on the injectors is higher for a P-Pump. The spray angle is different on the second gen injectors.

So how are people running injectors like New Era 435's and such in these trucks? Custom lines? I doesn't specify on their web site whether or not it for a 1st or 2nd gen. Not calling you a liar or anything, just curious. There is a guy I've seen with a track truck ('92 2wd 3/4 ton) and he said he is running 435's in it. Said he bought them for is tow rig which is a '96 3500. Said he ended up putting 370's in that truck though. Is he full of crap?

You have to put the 2nd gen nozzles into the 1st gen bodies. P pumps use larger threads for the inj. line. 14mm vs. 12mm for a VE, I believe. Pop pressure has to be reset as well.

He may have swapped the nozzles and the pintle out and used the 1stgen bodies. It can be done in a vice in a few minutes.

Only they don't seem to be making any HP in 1st gens.
