1st gen injectors on an 2nd gen ?
I would like to know if it will work propely ? They share the same injector body. I know it not the end of the world for the power, but i can have a set of 190hp for free, new.
Anyone ?

They will require some modifications, but should work. I know you can take 370's, modify them, and install them in a 1st gen so you should be able to do the opposite. I'm just not sure on what all has to be modified.

As i said, if it's just a matter of changing the pop pressure, it's no problem for me.. I was just curious about the spray angle.. After opening a 190hp, it seems that it will match the 145* that we have on the 2nd gen.. Last thing i need to know is the pop pressure of the 2nd gen so i can match the pressure..

you could send in your injectors to company of your choice to change to the injector body with the correct fuel line connection.
plus pressures.

yep...the connection from the injection pump fuel line to the injector is different between the 1st and 2nd gen 12 valves. need the injector body from your gen truck or custom injection lines.

Going from memory...
The only physical difference between 1st and 2nd gen injectors is that early 1st gen injectors use a smaller diameter nozzle. The rest is the same physically. Don't know about the pop off pressures.
