1st gen dodge buying
I am looking at buying a 91 dodge with 375000 km on it. It is going to be a truck that i use to go to work and back everyday. (at least 2 hours driving) What are some of the things i should look for (good and bad) when buying a first gen dodge. thanks

Mines a daily driver as well 2 hours a day, 100 miles, Check the front end out real good when test driveing. Get it up to your cruising speed and operating temp. Turn on ac and heat while at operating temp to see if it gets hot. See if the truck pulls while cruising or braking. Front ends can cost up to 2k. Check out brakes real good as well. Hopefully he got alot of reciepts of maintainance and new parts so you can see whats been replaced and what has not. Make sure to ask about any modifications. I.E. Pump mods so you know what your tweak starting pt is. Good luck

Look out for rust. Floors and especially the roof. Any rust you see above the windshield is 10 times worse than it looks, they rust from the inside up there.
