I finished up my headlight relay harness while it was raining. I have to find my split loom though. I used marine wire on this project. The copper content is supposed to be higher than standard auto wire( It is quite a bit heaver). and the insulation is supposed to be better. The ceramic plugs and trigger plug came from evil-bay and both came with bagged terminals that I soldered on.

Those look good. I absolutely hate wiring. I don't have the patience. Saw n your wig u have the 60mm upgrade on the hx35. Not to sound stupid but what exactly is that

Jim Lane has a headlight relay thread. Best electric upgrade for our trucks. Stops them from. Burning to the ground

Or do you mean his turbo 60mm wheel upgrade?

Bigger spinny thingy give engine more power

Not a stupid question at all. It is a bigger compressor housing and wheel. It really isn't much of an up grade from the 56MM factory Hx35 But I had to replace the wheel on the turbo I am rebuilding so I went that route. However it is a 10MM upgrade from the stock baby H1c.
