1990 D250 to W250
Well it took me days (literally) to make it to this point of the thread, but a very good read with lots of great info. I'm jealous of your fab skills... I really want to do hydroboost but I'm not sure if my fab has evolved enough to that point

The hydroboost is reall easier than it looks. You wouldn't have any problem doing it (at least nothing you can't figure out.
IIRC yours is crossover with the stock type of steering gear.
In that case the only fab would be shortening the pushrod or a puller and changing the stock pushrod out. The GM firewall mount is a direct fit and one brake line( the front most one on the master cylinder) is a different thread. that gets it all mounted up.

Would have been much easier if he had just left it alone with that AWESOME stock steering system.

the pictures are on rainy days. taken in a TV tray with a piece of glass no top with the bottom painted black.
When we move I will get a room to do more in depth stuff.
The glass was the hardest as the light had to come from the back. the reflection is of a book case behind the camera

Yeah I want to get this thing moving. For the last week there has been a tree trimming company parking in their choppers in my front yard. every morning and evening they come in and out towing the chippers with 4 second gens. Two sound really good. one guy really knows how to make that truck sound awesome.
