Woohooo! Finally got back to the track after years. Did OK, not great, not 12s, but OK....I think I could shave a few more tenths off of the 60ft with a better launch. Still 2.0 60ft wasn't bad. Oddly enough the truck ran about the same locking it in 3rd gear versus 1st. Now time to turn on the big stage (I was only running a .032 spool jet) and shoot straight for the 11s! Still a fun day at the track.

 

Great to hear you still have "Project Rust Bucket" and are enjoying it a the drag strip.

It is looking pretty sharp still too.

That was my favorite Diesel Power long term build.

 

I've had mine up to a little past 90 but that was downhill and with the wind.
