12 cm waste over 14cm ?

would it benifit me to run a 12cm wastegated (if i can find one) over the 14cm non w/g, i have a 60mm upgrade with MWE slot and with the five speed i think it would be good to run the 12cm for faster spool up.
would it work well? or will it run hot?
is ther that much difference from the 12 to the 14?

will it be really hot?
or is the hot just going to be at high rpm?
is it better if ported and drilled?

I think a 12 cm wg housing is better than a 14 non-wg. With the 14 cm you are going to wind up with too much boost. The 12 cm wastegated will let you keep the boost under control.

The wastegated housing will be better than the non-gated housing all around.

I would recommend porting it out first, thats what I'm about to try. My 12cm gets purty toasty even in 4th, and 5th is just down right HOT!

POD's are just too much for it. Stock injectors are a pretty good match, though. I do recommend drilling or relieving the divider so both sides of the housing get wastegated regardless of what injectors are used.

will do, if i can find one, i was thinking of drilling it and then maybe cutting the divider out too and then knife edgeing the divider to reduce turbulace.
good for stock injectors, and better than the non w/g 14cm, contorlable boost, sounds good.
