Two or Four-wheel ABS?

How do I determine if I have 2-wheel or 4-wheel ABS brakes on my truck?

I do not think they had 4 wheel abs in 96 for the dodge trucks.

4 wheel ABS was an option, both my 95s have it.
Open the hood and look up, there should be a sticker that lists all your vehicle's options.
If there is a box with tubing and wiring going to it to the rear of your underhood fuse box then you have 4 wheel.

You can also look at the inside of your front wheels. If each wheel has a toothed ring on the inside of the wheel, you have front abs, in conjunction with the rear abs.

When you put the truck in 4x4, does the abs become disabled? I thought I read that somewhere. My 94 has front & rear abs.

If you have the original hood, 2 or 4 WABS should be on the sticker.

They used the "toothed ring" on non ABS as well. Non ABS does not have the sensor or wires in the spindle though.

Thanks for the info guys. I will check the sticker under the hood first, and then verify it by looking for the stuff Infidel mentioned. I assume it's the original hood, nothing to indicate its not.
