Return Fuel line

Factory service manual on CD for 30 bucks, cant be beat.
Replacing the line is easy cheesy, do a search, many of us have done it.

Hi everyone, this is my first post on this forum.
This is very timely. I was just going to post a question on this very topic. My fuel lines have rusted through on my 1994 CTD. I have already dropped the tank. Does any have any suggestions? Such as type of fuel line? and/or upgrades to make while I'm in there. I'll also replace the brake line (for the second time). Thanks!

Only way to go is by using one of these at the tank> http://www.vulcanperformance.com/Dra...shlo-p/dsi.htm
and quality diesel rated hose all the way from engine to tank.
Abandon the the entire stock fuel delivery/return lines, they're just problems waiting to happen.
I use Trident Barrier Lined Marine Fuel Hose Type A1-15, will easily outlast the truck.
