looking for my abs module

I'm trying to find my abs module, I'm told it's under the dash on the pass. side. I have no manual. I see two plugs on the far right that are easy to get at. they don't seem to plug into a box just other plugs.

the one mounted under the dash is the RWAL module i think, the ABS module orCAB is mounted on the front of the ABS valve in the left corner of the engine compartment.

that module is mounted under and in the middle of the dash remove the knee bolster on drivers side to get at it.

The AbS module on my '96 is on the hump right under the dash.

Sure that isn't the air bag module?

the one attached directly to the hump is the airbag (it says SRS equipped) right on the cover.

that one you would not have to take off the knee blaster to get at it.

the one I unplugged is directly above that one.

i know I unplugged the right one because the abs light went out right after I unplugged it.

Yet, the "brake" light still comes on when you depress the e-brake pedal.

great, I will not have to look at it till I get around to finding my code "10".

some folks swear there more dangerous with the RWAL abs functional.

Are you sure that a bad stoplight switch isn't causing the lights to stay on? They have 3 different circuits in them and the ABS circuit could be bad and you would still have brake lights.
