Fixed trans pan? What did you do to it? Are you talking about the rear main seal in the engine? If so it will not be tranny fluid. More info

1st i would spray some engine degreaser up underneath everything and clean it off very good. Your thans fluid heat exchanger(i believe thats what its called) is located under the air filter and towards the rear of the moter. It could be leaking from there and would probally fall near the rear mail seal of the moter. I would also check all trans lines dodge has wonderfully (im being scarcastic) designed trans lines that have clips on some of them that are not very good. If you can clean everything off good lay up under there and see if you can pinpoint the leak. Hope this helps. Also check the lines going to heat excanger mine rubbed together over the years and started to leak..

The replacement pan gasket from Dodge is a reusable unit made from plastic with a fine rubber sealing bead on each side. It is a decent unit, but will leak if there is any damage or distortion on the flange of the pan. You may need a new pan, or an old style gasket in this case.

pan gaskets are really sensitive to overtorque. maybe you have to replace the gasket again?
Id spray a bunch of carb cleaner around there to get the oil off and run it to get it pressurized and see where the oil is coming from. Could be the cooler lines where they come off the trans?
also check the o-ring on the dipstick where it plugs into the transmission.

You can get a filter that comes with gaskets from Autozone for $7.
