Fuel problems?

Fuel problems?
Heres an issue I'm dealing with, any insight would be appreciated.
95 Dodge 3500.
I lost the LP about 3 weeks ago, replaced it and the truck ran like a champ.
The other day I had to pick a friend up in town it was 7 degrees out. Started the truck, ran like a champ.. drove it around probably 3-4 hours and about 3miles from her house my engine shuts off.
So I pull over (figuring I might be out of fuel/gelled up).. so I get fresh fuel and crack the bleeder ontop of the fuel filter.. I have fuel on top of fuel filter, and I have fuel going into the IP. I just dont have fuel going through the IP, I can crack every DV and have no fuel??
Any ideas?
