Cummins Conversion

Cummins Conversion

I would like to know if it is possible to put a cummins in my 95 ram 1500 that has a 360 now. If so what else should be changed to make it all work. Thanks For any help Billy

suppose u could but ud have to replace just about everything on your truck (axles, tranny, t-case if its a 4x4, etc.....)

i dont know the exact details but i would think u would be time and money ahead to just sell the 1500 and but a 2500 with a ctd

Well I guess it might be better to trade. I came across a 1995 Ram extended cab 3500 Dually 4x4 with 130,000 miles and the CTD with auto. I can trade for 6500.00 and my 95 ram but I have my truck Like I want it just sucks gas when I tow. Thanks Billy

Probably the best option......the 1500 frame isnt likely strong enough....would have to start by beefing it up and then go from there. Could get pretty expensive.
