Adjusting Valves

Does anyone have a set of instructions for running the overhead on a '97 engine. I think this is a Cali. truck if that makes a difference.

I have run the overhead on a couple of CAT engines in some Peterbilt trucks, but never on a cummins. The CAT engine have a timing hole in the bell housing that you can pin the flywheel at TDC to adjust.

Is the cummings this way?

Thanks in advance to anyone that can help.
