98 12valve..mod the truck or just sell stock?
well i bought a 98 12valve 4x4 5speed 3/4ton silver mint conditon with 157000kms i was gonna build it up and keep it for my self and race it but now i really want a sled as winter is coming but cant afford one so im considering selling the 12valve but dont kno if i should mod it and try sell it for more or should i just leave it stock..scared if i mod it i might just like the thing and have to keep it and get another loan for the sled
I can only speak for my self but. the main reason i bougth a new truck is i did not want one some one else and messed with. if i could have found a stock 05 or 06 i would have went that way a lot cheaper. but seams that most people mod them as soon as they get them. if your going to sell it i say leave it stock.
yea thats the other thing i was also thinking because i kno i would not buy a truck that is already moded because of me not knowin how they drove it tuned it and how hot they got it ect...maybe ill just do a leveling kit and 35s or somthign to it instead just make it look good.. thanks guys

dont get the sled... you will be very happy with the investment you made on that truck. Stick with that. youll just have to wait a while before you can ge a sled too. remember you cant always have everything.
haha you guys are startin to make this a hard discisson...im pretty sure im going to sell the truck though as i thoguth about it i will buy a 12valve in a few years when they are a little bit cheaper becasue it wont matter how many miles are on it if im gonna do a lot of motor mods to it
