Remember these were installed and crushed for sealing....but it appears that the thickness was originally .060". OD is an average of .630 +/- .003. And the ID is an average of .375" +/- .002.

Many thanks for taking the time and trouble to get these measurements.

Now I have something to work with; first, I am going to see what McMaster-CARR has.

No worries. And I didn't have to pull any injectors either...these were the original ones from my 89 motor. So they were already out.

I have one of those copper washer kits....I'll go check to see if any of them would work on the 9mm injector.

Thanks Trashing!

Another idea has been lurking in the dark recesses of my wee skull; I figure the return washers have that connecting strip of copper to facilitate installing them without losing one or both in the process, and it also provides a handy handle to hold them in place while lining things up.

Another oft removed hollow bolt that would also benefit from such an arrangement is the AFC boost-tube banjo fitting.

I wish all banjo bolt washers were like that. It would make things a lot easier!

I open up my pack of replacement copper washers for the 7mm tip motors...ain't no way in that they would work for the 9mm injectors.
