what should i save for first?

what should i save for first?
so i finally got my hands on a CTD 
its an 03 H.O. and so far ive only got an edge ez on it. it runs great with it but i want more power. im gonna get rid of the muffler asap also. but what would you guys start saving for to get up in the neighborhood of 500 HP? should i save up and get a beefed up tranny first and then start saving for the go fast goodies? also im thinkin of ditchin the EZ because i want something that will make a little smoke and something with adjustable power levels...probably a smarty if they have one available for the 03 H.O since it seems like everyone on here that has one seems to love it.
