When I apply my brakes I get a click on the drivers side. It clicks one time, and it's only when I apply my brakes while drivin' down the road. My upper ball joint is bad on that side (replacin' in a few days) could that be the cause of it?

Also from time to time when I change planes (from the road into a parking lot, etc) I feel a thud under my truck.....any ideas?

Could be the ball joints. I would just replace them as planned and see if the problem / sound goes away.
