Dadgum RJ!!

Glad it was not serious, but hate to see your CTD injured...

On my old 95 1/2t when I totaled a Nissan Titan with it (his fault) his insurance company had me add up all the upgrades I had and then they paid for all the regular maintenance I did for the previous six months, like light bulbs and serpentine belts.

I was glad I had a paper trail for everything due to my work.

Anyhoo, it will all get worked out it just takes time.

If your interested in a 2wd 3rd gen hand shaker let me know. I have been looking at new trucks quietly

Must be something in the air... 'nuther friend's 3rd Gen got T-boned hard by a Tundra the other day, ripped the 11.5" AAM right out of the truck (totaled, of course ).

Don't be afraid of the 6.7L Max!

Good info. I have a full paper trail for every dollar I ever spent. Gave it to their adjuster (she seems OK - knows what she doesn't know).
I never considered routine MX items ..... crossed them off my spread sheet.
I'll be happy if I just get full replacement value for UTE Bullbar and the Haisley 100 psi Intercooler.... as well as all else replaced.

OK is not a "fault free" state, so his Insurance pays all and my deductable does not come into play

Truck was NOT totaled!! There was no damage passed the fan. Got within 1/2" of serpentine and Fluid Dampner, but they are fine. Front end of passenger side frame was bent 1".... but not pushed back, so all OK.

Two words... Laramie Longhorn...

I just need to find someone that put about 10K miles on one and realized they could afford it.

Well that is good news RJ, stand your ground with the ins. company. I have dealt with the other guys ins. company a few times and it is a hassle, but every time it has worked out in my favor.
