Does anyone have an extra 16" rim for a 2nd Gen Ram?
I need 1 more so my '98 can be a roller again... ever since the alloy wheel exploded last month, we've been a bit short on rolling stock.

Anything would be fine - stock steel spare or whatever... just need to get her off the blocks.

TIA!

Mike,
I have my steel spare, w/ a questionable 35" tires on it.
Your welcome to use it.
Also have a 'spare' 17" aluminum wheel (I bgt a set of five).

I have a 16" alloy wheel that you can have. It does have a small leak on the weld line, but otherwise in decent shape.

RJ, are you not using your 5th 17" rim as your spare?

No.two reasons.
-Did not want to spend money on a 17" spare. (next set of tires I probably will use it)
-my 35" spare won't fit underneath and a polished Aluminum spare in the bed is more likely to be stollen than an ugly steel.

Looks like fun! Sounds like Stephenville is the place to sell hay this yr?

Got to be at least 1500-1600 lb each. That's more than 30K.

Some serious tongue weight, no? How did the CTD drive/handle?

And, where in the h*** is Godley?

Everyone from that area and south are hurting for hay due to no rain.

Just for easy calculation I was going with 1000 plus they also didn't feel that heavy when loading them. I'm not sure about the tongue weight but I don't believe it was that bad. It squatted the rear pretty good but it looks worse because of the leveling kit I have on the front springs. I am very impressed with how the truck performed. It handled that load like it was nothing. The only time it really had to work hard was going up chalk mountain in between Glen Rose and Stephenville. I started the hill going 60 and I was going 45 when I topped it. EGT hit 1450 on that one but never got over 1200 on any of the other hills. I ran 60-65 the whole way.

Godley is near Cleburne!
