weight distribution hitch

I have a 2005 ram 2500 long box crew cab with air bags on the rear for hauling a camper, my question is that I am going to a 30' travel trailer and am wanting to know what is the best hitch for the money and do I need sway control on the weight distributing hitch too other than just air bags.

I would use one. I have the Reese weight distribution setup with the dual cam sway control for my 28' 10,000 lb GVWR travel trailer. Works very well.
