Call me crazy to then, I do over 20,000 pretty regular and sure I'v gone over that a few times. 4000 pound plus 35' flatbed and 225ea 80 pound square bales. No big deal, just take corners slower than usuall.

The question here, I believe, is more about stability & comfort than ability. Of course the SRW will tow anything a DRW will tow, these are all the same motors and properly equipped, have the same ability to tow heavy loads. That being said, the comfort and stability will be more evident in the DRW. The trailer just has a harder time pushing the rear of the truck around due to the 4 rear tires and wider stanse than the SRW. IMO, the DRW also has better resistanse to sway with top heavy loads like hay (stacked in the bed). I have a SRW, but am looking into the dually conversion specifically for that reason. Here in Wyoming, the wind blows pretty good and you can feel it when you tow. I have towed under the same conditions with a dually, and it feels much more stable.
