look around you will find one ,my HR TH has a 5000lbs cargo cap,not total cap . and the ramp is rated at 2500lbs I have seen jeeps loaded in them Holiday Ramblers are no more but Rapter is one with a great payload too. You probably need one with out slides to keep the room open!

We have also been looking for a 5th wheel toy hauler to haul a 260Z, weighing 2400 lbs. We need 14 feet inside the garage area. All of our research has come up with zilch! Recreation by Design will make one but they balk at the custom design that we really want. Cyclone says they have a 14' garage that only measures 13' 3" on the inside (no help there). All of the 17.5 and 18 foot garages have only queen size beds. Custom design by Horizon may be able to help; I have a email in to them. Believe me, we have looked at every resource. Voltage only makes a 12' garage. We are looking for some quality as well and most 5th wheel toy haulers won't hold up with the amount of travel we will be doing.

You'll be pretty hard pressed to find a toyhauler that can fit a car AND still be towable by a stock 2009 2500 as stated in your original post.

As said you might want to look into a slide in truck camper and a lightweight car hauler.

Oh hello! We have a Dodge dually 4500, all set up. We just found New Horizons. We will be having a conversation with them on Monday about building what we want. I you're looking for a quality 5th wheel RV that will haul your car, go check them out.

Bingo- I use a Pace car hauler at work, it sits pretty low to the ground compared to my toy hauler. Toy haulers are made to do a little off-roading (to get to where you unload the toys), car haulers aren't, thus the height difference. Might have a hard time meeting both requirements (living quarters and ramp height).

How about a low-boy gooseneck with a slide in camper on the front of the trailer? Or is enclosed absolutely necessary?

Just thinking out loud but if the vehicle wheels would fit inside the frame rails why not have the floor in the garage hinge at the front and move down at the rear, hinge the ramp door to the rear of the tilted floor. You could gain a foot easily and more if the frame rails are deeper, the floor ramp could pump up hydraulically then when level mechanically pin in place. Next.

No drugs here but maybe a little "smile" in that coffee at this time of year.
