They don't normally do plant tours on weekends because there aren't any salesmen around then, but they are having some sort of thing that Saturday in which they will have salesmen there.

Well, made it back. 1254 miles round trip. Had over 800 John Deere's show up. I never saw so much green in one place. Let me tell you, Canandauiga and the finger lakes region is a beautiful place to vacation if you've never been there. Spent two nights sitting at the lakes edge watching the sun go down.<br><br>The only excitement on the trip was a trailer tire blowing out at 70 mph with a four ton tractor on it. Fortunately my son and I had put the spare off my dump trailer up on the GN before leaving. That tire totally disintegrated before I could get stopped and pulled over. Was no fun changing it with cars and trucks whipping by at 80 mph either.<br><br>I'll post some green pics once I get them processed.
