Problem with hitch install

Does anyone have any fifth wheel install pictures? Preferably of the brackets mounted to the frame. I may have a problem with the install a shop did for me. There is only one bolt each holding the front brackets to the frame.

It's a Reese 16k slider. I looked on the website and it was vague about how many bolts the front bracket should have. unless I missed it.

I have 3 brackets in mine.
Theres only 1 bolt in each bracket and 1 bolt going through the hitch
6 bolts in total.
Isnt that enough?

I was speaking of the L brackets. I ended up having the shop install the extra bolts in the brackets according to the manufacturers advice. Thanks for the replies.

Reese makes a specefic kit for Dodge L brackets. Which are about the same as a Husky, etc. Mine have two bolts throught the top to the rails on each cornerr, and I think only one through the frame on each L.
