Draw tight brake controller issue

Hey there!! Quick question... I had the draw tight brake controller installed with my gooseneck hitch about 4 months ago... Tonight as I hooked up the rig to come home from Phoenix my controller never detected that my trailer was plugged in, It will show a "C" meaning connected but I got nothing, as if it was not plugged in. I checked all the connections etc... I turned on my lights and they all work fine... Turn sigs, brake lights, etc... Just no actual Brakes.... Any ideas before I drive all the way down for them to look at it?? Thanks!!!

Roperteacher,
I have a friend who just experianced this. Turned out to be a loose connection where the dealer also instaled an inbed 7pin.
