B&W Turnover Hitch...Wow!!!
We just launched an air-ride adaptor to change over the 5th wheel to a gooseneck. It actually rides as good or better than our TS3 5th wheel hitch. However, it does reduce the weight rating to 16k with a 3k tongue weight. That 16k is a very comfortable 16k, though. We were going to go with 20k, but added a big safety margin. It's a good idea for anyone who wants a clean bed or tows another gooseneck trailer.
Sapps,
It's very new, so I'm still putting together brochures and the website. I can e-mail you a manual and a brochure if you like. Send me an e-mail at ron@hensleymfg.com. If you go the TrailerSaver website and read up on the GN4 and GN8 gooseneck hitches, it's essentially the same thing but with a mounting plate for the fiver. It's been completely tested with outstanding results. Give Aaron a call at 800-410-6580 x104 if you want to talk to a live person. He can give you all the details.

I was at a welding shop when a guy came in with his "new" Duramax and "new" aluminum horse trailer loaded with the best looking horses I have ever seen, and he was HOT!!! The morons left the bolts loose, and it wallered out the "4 inch" hole to about 4x6!!!
get them bolts TIGHT!!!!

A few years ago I started grinding a groove for all of the sand and crap to drop out the bottom. Sand get in there and then holds moisture and water With no path the crap just sit there and finaly fill up
I pulled one of mine and cleaned with a wire brush.
If you grinding your's like this and plan on leaving it flip upside down the grooves will act as a funnel, fill with crap and stick it

After my little episode under the truck, little baby hammer swings, knocking the paint of the top of my D80 and barely moving the ball, I NEBBER store the thang upside down!
I goes in the tool box now
I installed one on my truck a couple days after I bought it, only problem I had with the install was the floor of the bed bowed down as well. I sure like it a lot, had 5th wheel rails in my old truck and the gooseneck adapter plate, got real sick of luggin that 50 lb plate around. I've never had a problem with my ball getting stuck, but then again, I rarely flip it upside down either. I've still got the gooseneck adapter if anyone needs one, I have no use for it anymore..
