B&W Turnover Hitch...Wow!!!

Just wanted to post this..... I just got a chance to install the B&W turnover ball in my truck this past weekend.. What an easy experience!!!..
After the Reese 5th wheel fiasco in my '04 model... i've really been dreading the new hitch install.
Got outside after breakfast and dropped the spare tire, skimmed over the directions once, then twice....The directions seemed easy, all the while I kept thinking, "at some point, this is gonna turn bad!!" Two hours later, I was backing up to the trailer, hooked up, and off down the road I went for a test drive!!!... Anybody looking for a gooseneck hitch, I would DEFINITELY reccomend the B&W!!!..

That was about the same experience I had. If you are interested after I installed it I painted the plates that connect to the frame flat black.
Got tired of people looking inside the wheel wells to see what the gray things were.

I have a B&W hitch in my 93 D350 and love it. My truck is 100% functional 100% of the time for hauling trailers or anything else, with a flat floor after easily removing the hitch. Highly recommend this brand.

Don't think you will be able to make that work. But I think that would have to evaluated on an individual basis depending on how your particular 5th wheel rails mount up.

There are gooseneck plates available for dropping into your 5th wheel bed rails. Not sure about their maximum tow ratings, but I know they make them.

RAF said "I painted the plates that connect to the frame flat black."
I did about the same except I did mine before I installed the hitch, did not like the gray showing like it did on my other truck. As said easy install, I did not even fret about cutting the 4" hole in the bed this time 2nd install for me
