Anyone ever heard of Spectre dump trailers?

I have an opportunity to purchase a dump trailer for a good price but I've never heard of this manufacture. Anyone ever heard of Spectre?

Unfortunately they're no longer in business. Maybe that means they were no good or that they could have been too expensive to compete. I guess the dump trailer industry is kinda like the RV industry. LOTS of companies out there coming and going.
