I notice on some forums that a " window" appears when you put
the cursor over the subject.

Is it on this forum and my puter is screwed up???

Not available here, yo puter is good.

 

President, Founder and Webmaster doesn't like that function, so he turned it off.

(I'm not fond of it either, so that's fine by me)
